In the following presentation, Philip Mai, the Social Media Lab’s Co-Director, shares some information and insights from our Rapid Response COVID-19 Project about the types of COVID-19 claims that have been circulating on social media since the beginning of the pandemic. He also shares a few ideas on how to combat the spread of COVID-19 misinformation and prepare for the next pandemic.
